T-Seals

T-Seals are efficient three-piece double-acting seals comprised of a T-shaped elastomeric element and two rigid anti-extrusion rings. Designed to fit into standard O-ring grooves, they are commonly employed to replace failing O-rings. The T-Seal’s geometry prevents spiraling, and with the use of rigid back-up materials, it can withstand very high pressures and accommodate large extrusion gaps.

T-Seals find applications in both dynamic and static scenarios across oilfield and hydraulic applications. Common uses include intensifiers, jacks, cylinders, tensioners, shock subs, bumper subs, valves, and pumps. Our T-Seals are available in both piston and rod types to suit diverse application needs.
