Polyacrylate (ACM, PA) or simply acrylate rubbers are copolymers that have two major components, momoneric acid ester of alkyl or alkoxy and a reactive curesite. ACMs have better resistance to high heat and oils than NBRs. it also has good resistance to oxygen and ozone at high temperatures. It has relatively poor resistance to water and low temperature flexibility compared to NBRs. Special ACM compounds and improve the low temperature flexibility to -40°C (TR10 value) without affecting its oil and heat resistance.
Cure system – Amine based and metal soaps cured
Standard ACMs are amine based and metal soaps combined to vulcanize.

- Polyacrylates are usually applied in automatic industry, often in automatic and transmission and steering fluids.
